The Operating Unit IMa "International Markets" covers more than 15 countries in Latam (Mexico, Colombia, Brazil), Russia, Turkey, Lebanon, Africa (Morocco and Sub-Saharan countries, Egypt, Algeria, Nigeria), South East Asia (Thailand, Indonesia and Philippines) and Korea.
You will be part of the Asia geographical area, and its missions will be more specially oriented to:
Analyzing and overseeing the reporting and the actual results of the entity.Analyzing and challenging the financial plans and budgets for entities and lines of business under his perimeter of responsibility.Being the key point of contact of entities under his perimeter of responsibility for any financial topic (project investment, expenses).Being a key contributor of the analysis and presentation of the figures to IMa and Group management.Support the Head of Controlling and the Area Manager on specific transversal requests related to the perimeter, and in particular the preparation of the clearances for IMa's overall performance.Support local entities on the quality of the reporting and main accounting impacts by ensuring that reporting is made according to group guidelines (including IFRS17 reporting), or for instance reviewing the impacts in case of M&A operations.Preparation of documentation to support the understanding and evolution of the top and bottom line of each entity. Profile: Background and experience: Understanding of insurance financials with previous experience in either:Technical/Actuarial/Risk Management insurance department.Finance / Controlling area.Strategy / M&A department.Advanced knowledge of life, savings and health business.Knowledgeable on IFRS17 for L&S.Experience and high level of seniority in communication with Top Management.Master Degree, University in Finance/ Audit & Accounting/ Controlling.5-7 years work experience at Finance / LoB / Risk Management. Technical and professional skills: Strong analytic skills.Capacity to lead projects.Fluent in English.Good understanding of insurance finance KPIs.Knowledge of IFRS17 is a strong plus.
