As part of the Financial Analysis team, this position will be accountable for the following tasks:Financial modelling activities addressing all commercial, technical and financial parameters of the projects for debt financing structuring, M&A, energy tenders, PPA/BPA and project/company valuation, including sensitivity analysis.Managing and following up the financial close process by iterating with the internal teams involved in the process (Technical, Legal, Tax, Development) as well as with the financial institutions.Drafting of presentations and materials for a diversity of internal and external stakeholders and purposes (i.E. financial close processes, investment approvals, asset sale processes, etc.).Providing support in all activities associated with debt and equity investment processes (due diligence, documentation review, etc.).Supporting in the negotiation on the financing terms and conditions with financial entities for the projects carried out by the unit as well as on the final negotiation of the closing project finance documentation.We are looking for profiles with high potential, teamwork skills and motivation to grow within an international company. In addition, to participate in the selection process you must meet the following requirements:Bachelor's Degree required, ideally in Finance or another quantitative or technical field (as engineer).3-5 years' experience in corporate finance, financial advisory, project finance and/or debt structuring practices as well as experience in structured finance and M&A execution processes in the renewable energy sector.Demonstrable financial modelling experience, including building financial models, with special focus on project financing models.
