.Job Function: FinanceJob SummaryThe Senior Financial Analyst analyzes financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry, and economic conditions for use in decision making. This position will have an active role in the monthly reporting and analysis, ad hoc reporting, budgeting, forecasting and overall P&L management. This position oversees European markets and reports directly to the Regional Business Controller for Europe.Role & ResponsibilitiesProvide operational support to the Regional Business Controller and act as a Finance Partner to Regional & Local LeadershipTrack expenses and revenue vs. budget/forecast and reconcile variances, analyze current and past trends in KPIs including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expendituresDrive analysis process by enforcing policies and procedures, improving existing processes and techniques, recommending actions to improve profitabilityDetermine cost of operations by establishing standard cost rates & related KPIs; maintain and improve consumption-based costing models; evaluate profit and cost efficiencies in various areas of the organizationDevelop, maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial modelsSuccess CriteriaDeliver on your personal, organizational and company goalsStandardize & automate reporting, increase forecasting accuracySet up and provide KPI's to the stakeholders that will benefit the growth of the businessDrive change by introducing more efficient ways of finance-business partnershipOrganizational AlignmentReports to the Regional Business Controller; part of global FP&A organizationEnlists the support of cross functional teams across the regions, product areas, and functionWhat you offerMaster's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field3-4 years' experience in FP&A/Controlling. Technology industry preferred.Strong working knowledge of MsOffice, FP&A tools (Anaplan/Cognos or similar) & SAP/other accounting systemProven experience with analysing large amounts of financial and operational data, with ability to translate it into actionable insightsExperience in designing, developing, and maintaining reports, dashboards and data visualizations in PowerBIStrong collaboration and teamwork skills with effective relationship building and ability to influence change and improve processFull working proficiency in EnglishWhy SoftwareOne?What you should know about us:Strip away everything.
