.Full-Time / Exempt / Hybrid / Cordova, TNAs a Senior Financial Analyst on the corporate FP&A team, you will provide finance business support to Finance and Operational stakeholders and play a pivotal role in supporting the organization through accurate and insightful reporting and analysis to support key decisions. Additionally, as a Senior Financial Analyst you will be engaged in activities related to ongoing budgeting, forecasting, and mergers and acquisitions. A strong candidate will combine a strong analytical mindset with technical ability and excellent people skills.Key Responsibilities Include:Preparation of key financial analyses and management reports, including reports to the Board of Directors, monthly revenue analytics, and other reporting as requestedActively involved in the creation and review of the annual budgeting process, periodic annual forecasting, and related reporting, including preparing key supporting schedules and analysesComplete month end reports as required and perform special projects (financial and operational) as requestedPrepare analyses to support merger and acquisition activity, strategic initiative evaluation and tracking, and store level initiatives and opportunitiesProactively identifying and developing KPIs and key operating metrics and the related linkage to the Company's financial resultsDeveloping financial projections and building financial modelsLead data-driven decision making and drive performance improvementsAd hoc business analysis and reporting for the Executive Leadership TeamSuccessful Candidates Will Have:Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, required.MBA and/or CPA preferred, but not required3+ years of related work experience is preferredRetail and distribution industry experience desiredProficiency with all Microsoft Office products, including advanced Excel skillsUnderstanding of data warehouse and query tools, such as PowerBI and TableauMust be able to work with reasonable supervision, multi-task and prioritize among concurrent projects and responsibilities, and meet deadlinesWell versed in performing detailed income statement analyticsAbility to look at the root cause of process and efficiency issues, leading to solution alternativesExcellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with senior managementStrong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skillsStrong inter-personal skills and proven ability to be a team player in order to lead and work in cross-functional teams across multiple departments and various levels of the organizationProven ability to manage priorities and workflow with acute attention to detail, and ability to work independently and autonomously in a dynamic environmentTruckPro LLC is one of the nation's largest independent distributors of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts with over 150 retail locations and 80 maintenance and repair service locations nationwide
