Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to join our Data & Business Intelligence team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the evolution of financial reporting within a challenging and dynamic environment. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between finance and BI, with a strong emphasis on SQL-based data analysis, integration, and advanced financial modeling. Your expertise will drive data-driven decision-making across the organization, ensuring that our financial reports serve as the primary and most reliable source of business insights.
As a senior member of a team of 12 experts, you will provide strategic support to various departments, including finance, marketing, sales, customer success, and people experience. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to develop sophisticated reports, in-depth analyses, predictive models, and actionable recommendations that will enhance the satisfaction of both doctors and patients. Your role will be crucial in shaping the future of our financial reporting, working alongside the Financial reporting team to ensure that business decisions are firmly grounded in data.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Lead the tracking and analysis of key financial metrics and KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and long-term strategies;
- Develop, enhance, and maintain advanced financial dashboards using state-of-the-art BI tools;
- Provide deep, data-driven insights into financial performance, trends, and variances, supporting strategic business decisions.
