Responsibilities
Overseeing the completion of payments by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
Handling and resolving all vendor queries regarding finance.
Ensuring accuracy by reconciling processed work through verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
Maintaining accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
Preparing detailed analyses of accounts and producing monthly financial reports.
Leading and participating in cross-departmental projects.
Coordinating and collaborating in the audit process.
Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in accounts payable, receivables, and reconciliation processes.
Managing the verification of expense reports and preparation of paychecks for employees.
Requirements
Experienced in finance with a senior or supervisory role.
University degree in Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite/Oracle, SAP, and NAV).
Fluency in English and Spanish.
