We are focused on global expansion, collaborative innovation, and sustainability with the aim of becoming a great place to work!The mission of this roleSupport the delivery of Quadpack's business strategy by providing program leadership during a multi-year Finance transformation program to optimize Quadpack's Finance function in terms of efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. The business results of this new operating model will enhance enterprise value, position Quadpack for effective and efficient growth, and deliver year-over-year cost savings. This role will have high visibility across the Group and serve as a key player in transforming and driving the continuous improvement of processes and technology to provide key financial insights and analysis across Quadpack's business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead change management activities to ensure wide adoption of changes (engaging leaders and team members, setting clear targets and measuring results, enabling training and communications, etc.) to deliver project scope according to established budget and schedule.Audit and formulate the Finance Transformation Roadmap, delivering a compelling and clear strategy and scope of activities to be deployed.Accountability for driving results and achieving value from implementing both quick wins and mid/longer term finance transformational initiatives. Optimize Management Reporting and improve key finance processes (including governance and control components) to accelerate company performance.Reduce the financial cost of serving on key processes (e.g., forecasting, planning).Ensure seamless finance implementation of all kinds of Data & Analytics programs.RequirementsExperience in finance transformation and shared services or working in a Corporate environment with a deep understanding of accounting, controlling, and business processes.Big 4 external audit & Transfer Advisory Services will be a plus.Solid project management skills (in particular: change and implementation management, risk and issue management, tracking, reporting, stakeholder management)."Roll up your sleeves" and can-do attitude, energetic, forward-thinking leader with a strong ability to multi-task.Experience with change management within a culture of growth.Think analytically, focus on the big picture, and able to drill into the detail and understand the impact.Ability to highlight problems but, more importantly, offer innovative and practical solutions, and drive through their execution in a collective environment.Advanced level of English and Spanish is mandatory; German or French will be a plus.Good knowledge in SAP and Analytics and/or its implementation will be a big advantage.
