Senior Finance Manager

Job Description:Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to support our EMEA and MEIAT regions. This role will be based out of Madrid, Spain.Responsibilities will be the following:Sales Finance:Conduct deal and budget reviews, along with profit margin modeling; develop an in-depth understanding of each deal.Provide support for global FP&A activities within the region.Assist sales and operations teams with customer-facing activities as needed.Accounting:Manage the third-party accounting firm, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards.Assist the global accounting team with IFRS to US GAAP reconciliations.Collaborate with global accounting, tax, treasury, and finance functions.Treasury:Provide local support for the global treasury function.Coordinate with Sales to manage credit support activities, including handling letters of credit, insurance policies, and surety bonds, enabling Nextracker's sales in Europe.Assist the global treasury team in establishing strong banking relationships across the EMEA and MEIAT (Middle East, India, Africa, and Turkey) regions.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Accounting, Finance or a related fieldMBA or Master's degree preferredOver 15 years of experience in Sales Finance, Accounting, and FP&AProficient knowledge and experience in Treasury functionsExceptional communication skills in both Spanish and English#J-18808-Ljbffr
