You love business; finance is just the medium you use to make your impact. You want to get out in the business and build relationships whilst expanding your existing skills to become a business partnering master.You're excited by helping teams make better decisions by bringing the finance-view into considerations. You love learning about and sharing the next innovative idea with your team and stakeholders. You're proactive, not afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in and you'll take it personally if we have a bad month.
