Key Responsibilities Support periodic performance management and financial reporting throughData management and reporting:Gather, organize, and analyze data. Translate stakeholder requirements into reporting deliverables.Create informative, actionable, and repeatable reports to highlight relevant business trends.Develop and implement data collection systems to improve efficiency and quality.Custom Reporting Solution:Design and develop report-monitoring solutions tailored to the organization's unique needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create dashboards and visualizations.End-to-End financial performance reporting & continuous improvement:Contribute to the design and implementation of E2E reporting which will serve the needs of both business and performance management review with the group.Monitor data accuracy and consistency.Identify areas for process improvement and automation.Stay updated on industry trends and reporting best practices.Interdepartmental Collaboration:Share findings and insights with various company departments.Collaborate with business controllers, finance teams, and other stakeholders.Assist in creating performance metrics and data-driven presentations.Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
