About the role: The Assurance domain is part of Digital Network & OSS. The purpose is to engineer and deliver all Fault Management Systems that enable the 1st Level and 2nd level operations to manage the network efficiently. As a Senior Expert Fault Management, you will be in charge of the following responsibilities:Drive a program to manage all project deliveries of the AIA Assurance domain.Ensure that all project deliveries are in scope, budget, and time.Set up the project governance and support the project manager to deliver their tasks.Detect and manage the risks and issues.Control the deliveries and escalate if needed.Align with other projects in other areas to control the dependencies.Manage the stakeholders.What do you bring?Excellent knowledge of Program and Project management technologies like Prince II, PMI, etc.Engineering degree (Bachelor/Master) in telecommunications or computer science or equivalent.At least 5 years of professional experience in Telecommunication or IT.Leadership competencies with positive communication and interaction with senior project managers.Professional presentation of the project/delivery results up to the Senior Management of the main department.Communication and interaction with the management team inside and outside own department.Good knowledge of agile working methods (i.e., Scrum).What's in it for you?Your current market's benefits.
