.This role provides administrative and execution support to Spain's Banking senior management, ensuring diligence, appropriate judgment and discretion at all times across a broad and dynamic range of work. The role includes daily interaction with the offices of senior management across the firm, including frequent contact with internal and external stakeholders as required.The Senior Executive Assistant provides support to another individual or group of individuals by handling correspondence, managing calendars and appointments, arranging conferences and conference calls, making travel arrangements and providing other administrative tasks.Responsibilities:Directly supports a senior management and the wider department as requiredManage all scheduling activity end-to-end, including prioritisation and the timely resolution of diary conflicts, across a diverse and senior stakeholder baseExecute all ancillary activity associated with scheduling, including room bookings, refreshments and associated support requests to ensure the smooth running of business activityCoordinates all aspects of executive level manager appointments, meetings, receptions and conference callsMay prepare and review materials and correspondence for meetingsAssist with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documentsCoordinates travel arrangements; prepare and distribute schedules/agendas for travelPrepares, reconciles, and tracks expense reports through Travel and Entertainment Expense systemOrders supplies and process invoices through Procure to Pay systemProcess and follow-up on Virtual RequestsAssists in ad-hoc reports special projects as neededTrains, coaches or guides other administrative staff when requiredAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
