As a key member of our go-to-market team, you will collaborate with marketing and sales to elevate HQTS brand through face-to-face, hybrid, and digital events. You will be responsible for creating and implementing event strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring successful event delivery.ResponsibilitiesAs the Senior Events Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:Event Strategy & Execution: Develop event strategies for various formats (tradeshows, forums, roadshows). Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event phases.Vendor & Partnership Management: Oversee relationships with vendors and agencies. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth event execution.Event Design & Logistics: Manage the design and setup of event booths. Handle logistical tasks such as venue arrangements and scheduling.Content & Messaging: Create and review event materials with content creators. Work with the marketing team to develop effective event messaging.Performance Measurement: Track event performance and business impact. Manage lead tracking and follow-up activities.Campaign Management: Lead pre- and post-event activities, including communication campaigns and reporting. Identify and manage new event opportunities.Creative Execution: Apply creativity to event planning and execution. Develop engaging event concepts and storytelling.Feedback & Improvement: Conduct post-event evaluations and lead review meetings.
