We are looking for a person who is well-versed in production and adept at navigating relationships with both clients and suppliers.
The ideal candidate we are seeking will collaborate effectively within a team, taking charge of coordinating various aspects in the conception and execution of events. This includes overseeing departmental coordination, identifying suitable suppliers, and optimising budgets.
They will be vigilant in analysing the project's progress, continuously seeking avenues for improvement, and maintaining a high standard of attention to detail and effective time management.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesProduction manager for different projects.Developing briefings for all involved parties and establishing delivery dates and timelines.Coordinating creatives, account managers, freelancers, and project-associated vendors.Seeking and identifying suppliers and solutions for the creation of artistic pieces and production elements for the events.Managing production timelines comprehensively.Collaborating with the creative department to craft presentations based on client briefings.Maintaining continuous communication with clients and addressing their needs promptly.Bringing value and ideas to optimise project management.Creating reports, debriefs, and project closures with precision and thoroughness.Researching and analysing new trends and initiatives to enhance project quality.Managing projects and overseeing financial tracking.Reporting directly to the Account Director.SkillsResponsible and well-organised when it comes to project execution.Capable of managing stress and handling high workloads effectively.Knowledgeable about the industry and the technical aspects inherent to production.Empathetic and collaborative with all teams.Quick at problem-solving and incident management.Pays attention to detail and is committed to excellence.Sensitive to aesthetics, design, and space decoration.Possess strong social and negotiation skills.RequirementsMinimum 6 years of experience.Flexible schedule and availability for travel.B1 driver's license and access to a car.Languages: Advanced level of English.Who are we?
