Senior Eu Project Manager

We are looking for an EU project manager with an attitude towards innovation and technology.

Tasks Execute Horizon Europe projects in which Sploro is an active partner. Monitor project deliverables and participate in consortium meetings. Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress. Taking the role of representing Sploro at international networks and fora (startup events, EBN network, regional fora...) Participating in the creation of open calls for proposals under our Horizon Europe running projects Requirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Not closed to any background but ideally someone with at least 4 years of experience working as project managers for Horizon 2020 or Horizon Europe projects. Strong writing skills. English is a must (C1 ideal). Project management certificates (PMP, PM2, Agile, etc.) Prior experience with Horizon 2020 and/or any other EU funding framework is required. Benefits Salary based on experience by candidate in the range of 40k€ - 45k€ gross per year. Initially based in Pamplona, Spain (6 months) but will evaluate personal situations for a later stage (including remote). Flexible time schedule including 7 hours per workday in the summer and Fridays all year long. The hiring process will consist of: First step: Personal interview and professional test to verify skills in proposal management, Horizon Europe programme and soft-skills Second step: Interview with your direct manager in the company Third step: final interview with a company partner.
