Job Description: In Ferrovial, we are always looking for high-skilled professionals. At this stage, we are looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect with specialization and strong experience in SAP 4/HANA and Azure Cloud ecosystems as we are involved in an ambitious journey to cloud program that will lead our finance and construction business processes to the next level.
The role: The Senior Enterprise Architect is responsible for creating a unified architecture vision that supports the organization's business objectives. This includes developing a strategy for the architecture and creating or validating the architecture models and diagrams proposed by different partners, system integrators, and IT providers. This role must also be able to effectively collaborate with other IT departments and to effectively communicate their ideas to the program stakeholders. The Senior Enterprise Architect Manager must have proven experience in SAP 4/HANA ecosystems deployed on cloud environments and connected to on-premise applications, as our journey to cloud program will be implemented in several phases, and different systems will be moved at different moments from a single on-premise CPD to Azure cloud.
Main responsibilities: Strategy: Understand the high-level architecture strategy for the whole journey to cloud program.Be fully aligned with the Journey to Cloud Program Manager during the program execution.Lead a group of internal IT specialists and work together with them to define the technical workstreams.Provide strategic influence across IT areas and business stakeholders to make the right decisions.Align your technical vision and approach with best practices from the industry (SAP, Microsoft).Demonstrate leadership ability to back decisions with research and the "why," and articulate several options, the pros and cons for each, and a recommendation.Share your take-aways with others, communicating fluently to facilitate the comprehension of technical decisions.Identify technical risks, challenges, and dependencies and propose mitigation plans if necessary.Architecture Delivery: Coordinate and lead several technical workstreams to grant its execution on time and budget.
