Senior Engineering Manager - Cloud Browser Isolation

Position: Sr. Engineering Manager, Cloud Browser Isolation Location: Valencia, Spain or remote

We have a terrific opportunity in our Zscaler Isolation Platform team for an Engineering Manager position. This is an excellent opportunity to join and lead a small, dynamic team that is working on the latest Isolation Browser technology to evolve our current cloud security flagship products: ZIA and ZPA.

Requirements: Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field 12+ years professional experience in software development and delivery 4+ years of experience building, leading, managing and mentoring engineering teams Preferred Qualifications: Track record of taking ownership and getting high quality results in a predictable fashion Ability to formulate data-driven and business-driven engineering decisions Ability to conceptualize, run, and prioritize multiple features based on business requirements Passion for leadership, management, and mentoring Experience developing a product direction and roadmaps Good understanding of computing systems, software architecture, data structures and algorithms Proficient in reading and understanding software code with product specification in mind Experience in Agile/SCRUM enterprise-scale software development and Kanban practices What You Can Expect From Us: An environment where you will be working on the latest technologies and architectures A fun, passionate and collaborative workplace Great benefits Great compensation package, including equity The pace and excitement of working for a Silicon Valley Unicorn Why Zscaler?
