YOUR TASKS:Support Nordex service in fleet assessments for pitch & yaw components.Analysis of the operation performance of the pitch & yaw systems.Investigation, development and implementation of potential improvements for the reliability of the pitch & yaw systems in coordination with System Leads and Component Responsible.Development of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) in coordination with other Engineering Departments and Service Department.Techno-commercial evaluation of improvement measures.Managing technical projects related to reliability, quality or costs.Support to DFMEA development and quality assurance.YOUR PROFILE:Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or comparable university degree.5+ years in the wind turbine sector, specifically with pitch and yaw systems.Knowledge and experience about pitch and yaw systems: bearing, gears, lubrication.Knowledge in quality assurance methodologies preferred.Good communication skills.Comfortable to work in multi-national, multi-cultural teams.Willingness and ability to travel occasionally.Ability to manage projects and to work as a team with good analytical skills.The flexibility and dynamism in the execution of tasks.Fluent in English, ideally skills in German and/or Spanish.YOUR BENEFITS:In addition to the opportunity to make our world a little more sustainable, we offer you:*Some offers may vary by location.Nordex adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
