EPCM expertise, more than 10 countries around the globe but an entrepreneurial and team-building mindset.With an average age of 32, we are encouraged to channel our curiosity and innovative thinking into projects.Now, we are looking for an Energy Engineer in our office in Madrid, Spain.The Intermediate Energy Engineer will develop the group IPS process and sustainability services while contributing to projects related to sustainable initiatives, energy audits, and assessments in industrial environments.The candidate should have experience in the field of environmental technologies and low carbon energies. It is key that the candidate has good interpersonal skills, good communication skills, strategic thinking, and a good network to provide insights on the moves of the industry and the implementation of the services.What is the role about?As an Energy Engineer, you will develop:Industrial projects assessment to optimize energy consumption, define alternative technologies and energies to facilitate transition to become carbon neutral.Working in development for projects around the following areas: Energy efficiency in industry, waste-to-energy solutions, auto-consumption.Engineering project coordination for installations in design phases. Ability to manage and coordinate engineering team working on calculations.Emissions measurement, alternatives, and management.Energy transition projects.Economic analysis of projects.Knowledge in energy auditing in buildings and factories.Requirements10 – 15 years experience in Engineering Projects-EPCM.Min 5 years of experience in energy consumption/usage and energy efficiency in industrial environments, ideally dealing with Engineers profiles.Experience with Installation calculation and supervision/coordination.Knowledge of norms and standards applicable.Knowledge in energy auditing in buildings and factories.Hydrogen Economy Engineering projects experience will be an asset.Autodesk platform - comfortable with 3D environments.Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering.Experience with Energy efficiency solutions.Excellent communication skills with English and Spanish, French as a plus.Travel flexibility and availability.• Safety, Prevention, and Well-being are basics for us.• Specialized in-house trainings designed to help you to get your next career step.• Truly a place to spread your wings: career path.• No glass ceiling!
