Role Overview: Join our mission-driven NGO focused on early childhood education as a Senior Employee Experience Associate. You will play a critical role in driving strategy, scaling organizational development, and engaging in project management.
Work closely with senior leadership, the HR Manager, and co-founders, while directly engaging with our team members to enhance their experience and contribute to the organization's impact on early childhood education.
Key Results: Strategic Development: Develop and implement effective strategies that enhance organizational growth and development. Organizational Scaling: Successfully manage projects aimed at scaling the organization and improving operational efficiency. Team Engagement: Foster a positive and engaging work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and retention. Drive initiatives that improve overall team performance and productivity. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior leadership and HR Manager to develop and execute strategic plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Lead efforts to optimize organizational structures and processes, ensuring scalability and efficiency as the organization grows. Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion and development, including market research and analysis. Oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Design and implement programs that enhance team member engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Develop and monitor performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of organizational strategies and initiatives. Work closely with various departments to ensure alignment and effective implementation of strategies and projects. Identify areas for improvement within the organization and propose innovative solutions to address them. Critical Factors for Success: Strong ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess organizational needs and develop effective solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, senior leadership, and other stakeholders. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Passion for creating a positive and engaging work environment for team members. Qualifications: Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee experience, organizational development, strategy, or related roles. Experience in a start-up environment or social sector experience is preferred.
