Responsibilities Lead the development of complex hardware (and firmware) projects.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional project development teams.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers.
Participate in the full project lifecycle, from concept design to product release.
Ensure the successful integration of hardware components.
Develop and maintain project documentation.
Report directly to the area manager.
Requirements Grade or Master's degree in electronic-related studies.
Proven experience in designing and implementing complex hardware solutions.
Proficiency in programming microcontrollers (Cortex M3-M4 alike) with RTOS.
Experience and strong skills in PCB design and layout (e.g., Altium, 4-6-8 layers, rigiflex, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Desirable Familiarity with wireless communication protocols (e.g., Bluetooth, Zigbee, LoRa, WiFi, NB-IoT, etc.).
Enthusiasm for IoT platforms and frameworks.
Experience with sensor integration and data acquisition.
Knowledge of programming languages such as C/C++ and/or Python.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
