Responsibilities Lead the development of complex hardware (and firmware) projects.Collaborate closely with cross-functional project development teams.Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers.Participate in the full project lifecycle, from concept design to product release.Ensure the successful integration of hardware components.Develop and maintain project documentation.Report directly to the area manager.
