We also offer energy efficiency solutions for both public and private clients.MISSION: Responsible for the necessary electrical engineering tasks for the submission of bids and for the execution of renewable generation plants in the USA, both nationally and internationally. Being part of the detailed engineering review team for the projects.FUNCTIONS: Perform and review the electrical design of photovoltaic and wind plants according to customer requirements and project constraints, always seeking to optimize deadlines and costs.Communication with main equipment suppliers.Analysis of projects, specifications, and/or contracts to achieve competitive and technically sound bids.Analysis of electrical design alternatives to achieve the best technical-economic solution.Ensure that the electrical design complies with regulations.Communication with suppliers and subcontractors and review of quotations.REQUIREMENTS: Education: Preferably a degree in Industrial Engineering, with a specialization in Electrical or Energy.Extensive technical knowledge in electrical engineering.Minimum of 5 years of experience in the energy sector, especially in photovoltaic generation projects in the USA. Solid experience in projects executed in the USA, knowing the regulations and capable of communication in English. High level of English (C1-C2).Minimum of 3 years of experience in basic and detailed electrical engineering of projects in the USA.Valuable: Proficiency in electrical study software such as ETAP and knowledge of network code compliance.WHY FERROVIAL?
