Your Tasks Responsibility for the electrical system design for an offshore substation. Development of electrical specifications for EPC tender and negotiate these with suppliers. Interaction with the overall electrical engineering manager and ensure the electrical design of the OSS is compliant with the project's system design and with the grid code. Overseeing and evaluating electrical modelling works and collaborating with internal and external simulation engineers. Development of electrical component specifications, e.g., for transformers, shunt reactors, and/or GIS. Overseeing the EPC contractor's works in electrical engineering LV/MV/HV throughout all project stages, from early design to commissioning. Your Profile Degree in electrical engineering, M.Sc. preferred. Minimum five years of relevant professional experience from energy infrastructure projects, preferably from HV substation projects. Good knowledge of electrical HV components such as transformers, shunt reactors, GIS, and STATCOM. Experienced in electrical design works, managing EPC contractors, and electrical interface engineering. Preferably more than 3 years of experience from offshore wind projects. Familiar with relevant industry codes and standards. Fluency in English. Willingness to undertake regular trips to the project countries. Valid EU work permit.
