If you're ready to take on exciting challenges and contribute to a sustainable energy future, we'd love to hear from you!What You'll Be Doing – Key Responsibilities:As an Electrical Engineer specializing in HV cable design, your role will be diverse and impactful:HVAC/HVDC Cable System Design: Dive into all aspects of transmission cable system design, from conceptualization to implementation for Onshore and Offshore projects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HV cables into substations, converter stations, and grid networks.Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost analyses for transmission cable system projects.Front End Engineering Design (FEED): Be the visionary.
Deliver innovative solutions for cable systems integration into major infrastructural development projects.Consenting Stage Cable System design: Lead the interface with our civil and environmental teams to plan the delivery of transmission cable systems in line with consenting requirements.Tender Stage Design/Detail Design for Transmission cable systems, developing concept stage design through to construction detail level.Troubleshoot and resolve transmission cable-related issues during installation and operation/maintenance phases
