.Senior eDiscovery Project ManagerEmployment Type: Full-TimeDepartment: LegalCGS is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager to join our team supporting the legal organization within a large Federal agency.Skills and attributes for success Respond to client requests and provide consultation to clients to service all client eDiscovery needsCreate fields, choices, layouts, and views in RelativityCreate batches of records for review in RelativityCreate Production sweeps and sets in RelativityDevelop, modify, and implement workflows and essential resources needed to progress work through the system and tools being utilizedInitiate work on behalf of clients by crafting and submitting work orders for tasks associated with data processing, review, and productionConduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of job instructions and of final work productCommunicate expectations for scope and deadlines to internal and external stakeholdersEstablish informed project schedules based on a solid understanding of project activities, sequences of events, dependencies, work effort, duration of tasks across departments, and associated resource requirements based on the complexity of work and the size of the queueParticipate in project tasks including kick-off call preparation and completion, and documentation of workflows, standards, and project closure tasks such as final billing and data destructionMaintain an understanding of e-discovery, market competitors, and the tools used to support the industryQualifications 5 (five) years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience with a focus on client solutions3 (three) years of progressive more responsible experience on major lit support projects2 years in Relativity, beyond document review codingExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both eDiscovery technical teams and non-technical business leadersAbility to work in a fast-paced agile work environmentExperience and familiarity with eDiscovery Services covering all realms of the EDRM (File to Trial)Must be a U.S. CitizenThe ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (active clearance preferred)BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience (JD highly preferred)Experience with Government software policies and proceduresClient-facing communication experienceFederal Agency issued security clearanceIdeally, you will also have: Client-facing communication experienceFederal Agency issued security clearanceOur Commitment:Contact Government Services (CGS) strives to simplify and enhance government bureaucracy through the optimization of human, technical, and financial resources.
