What do you have to offer?
· Years of experience: 8+ years of experience in SAP CPI and complex, global integration projects.
· Project management expertise: Extensive experience leading complex, multi-system SAP CPI integration projects, including strategic planning and stakeholder management.
Functional knowledge: · Expert-level understanding of SAP CPI and cloud-based integration solutions, with a focus on business processes.
· Deep knowledge of cross-platform integrations involving SAP S/4HANA, on-premise, and cloud systems.
2.5 Technical knowledge: · Mastery of SAP CPI, web services (REST/SOAP), and advanced data transformation techniques.
· Expertise in integrating hybrid systems, with a focus on security, compliance, and performance optimization.
· Certifications: Advanced certifications in SAP CPI, SAP Cloud Platform, or SAP Integration Suite are highly desirable.
· Soft skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation skills, mentoring senior staff, and managing stakeholder expectations at the executive level.
· Client-facing skills: Frequent engagement with senior leadership at client organizations, providing strategic consulting on complex SAP CPI integrations.
· Languages: English (required), proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.
· Willingness to travel: 25% for senior-level client engagements and global projects.
· Experience with HR system integrations (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) is advantageous for certain strategic projects.

· Lead the design and execution of large-scale, strategic CPI integration projects for global enterprises.
· Provide expert advice and solutions for hybrid cloud and on-premise integration landscapes.
· Ensure alignment of CPI integration strategies with long-term business objectives and compliance requirements.
