In this role you will be responsible for defining the product strategy for our international mid-market HCM offering: iHCM. ADP ESI offers payroll and HR products and services in 140+ countries. The candidate is a leader in the field of product management and has a proven track record in the global HR tech space and/or payroll or other adjacent software business services solutions. This role will lead the strategic vision and delivery of iHCM, addressing internal and external business changes, market challenges and regulatory issues. To thrive in this role, you will define an inspiring vision and strategy for iHCM, while leading a team of international product managers who are responsible for working across various stakeholders including Business Unit leaders, Sales and Service Leaders, and Developers. You will need exceptional communication and presentation skills to ensure that your vision and strategy is fully aligned and executed consistently in all our markets. In addition, you will be responsible for defining and achieving strategic product objectives spanning revenue growth, client retention, market share, and product innovation. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Influence Product and Go-To-Market Strategies: Drives the strategic direction of our mid-market HR product; oversee the developmentand management of product roadmaps. Directs all aspects of product lifecycle and overall product readiness, driving innovation, strategy, growth, and revenue. Clearly articulates strategies and the pros and cons of options. Gets buy-in from their teams and leadership on product strategies. Ability to interface, present and influence executive levels at ADP. Measure the success of products by defining and monitoring key metrics and adoption rates. Knows which are the most meaningful KPIs to track across products to drive product line OKRs. Defines internal/external client metrics and tracking measures to ensure success. Portfolio Planning and Prioritization: Responds to market shifts that affect the product offering to maximize benefit across. Plans for emerging technologies like GenAI and their effect on the product offering. Can articulate technology trends and why the company is adopting them
