As the Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. This role provides an outstanding opportunity to shape the marketing strategy for Evinova, the recently launched health tech business within the AstraZeneca group.This role will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and partner closely with corporate communications, Evinova leadership, and our product and customer teams.Key Responsibilities:Define a marketing strategy aligned with our growth objectives, ensuring consistent brand messaging and differentiated positioning of our offering.Implement lead generation programs, including targeted campaigns, content marketing, events, and partnerships to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.Grow brand awareness and maintain a strong market presence through effective branding strategies, messaging, and positioning.Craft compelling and engaging content for our target audiences in collaboration with internal teams, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and videos.Use data-driven insights to measure and analyze marketing performance, optimize campaigns, and report results.Build a scalable marketing capability by selecting and managing external agencies to support brand development, campaign execution, content creation, and digital marketing.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience.Experience in B2B marketing of digital products and professional services to Life Sciences customers, with a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive measurable results.Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, able to interpret and leverage marketing analytics to optimize campaigns and strategies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate sophisticated concepts and ideas effectively.Track record of collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Success, to achieve common goals.Desired Qualifications:Passion for healthcare and the role of digital health technologies in improving experience and outcomes for patients.Time spent living and working internationally, and appreciation for cultural and regional differences in communications.Non-linear career paths and diverse life experiences that enrich your perspective.Familiarity with pharmaceutical R&D, clinical trials, and the drug development lifecycle.A second language (and every additional language is a plus!)
