Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, Pulmonary Hypertension, a pharmaceutical company of Johnson & Johnson, is recruiting for a Senior Director of Marketing, Pulmonary Hypertension, located in Titusville, NJ.
The Senior Director of Marketing will report to the Marketing & Sales Vice President, Pulmonary Hypertension, and assume the leadership role in the U.S. commercialization efforts for the PH portfolio (Opsynvi, Opsumit, Uptravi), besides preparing for the launch of a new asset – Maci 75.
The primary responsibility will be to lead the development of a comprehensive U.S. promotional strategy.
This will encompass the design, planning, and execution of various commercial tactics necessary for a successful product launch, which may include activities related to market expansion, brand strategy, customer engagement, forecasting, and other relevant areas.
Additionally, the Senior Director of Marketing will lead a team of marketing professionals.
Core Responsibilities:Lead the team of marketers that develop strategic and tactical plans for the Pulmonary Hypertension portfolio targeting HCPs.Work in collaboration with key critical areas to develop and implement tactics for the Pulmonary Hypertension portfolio, such as Medical Affairs, Sales, and HCC.Utilize market research and analytics to gain insights to help identify messaging strategy, prioritize resources, and plan tactics.Provide management updates, including forecasts, strategies and resource allocation, throughout the year.Develop and implement brand strategies and tactics to prepare the market, ensure product positioning, and support product launch.Lead and support resource planning efforts, including informing account management and sales force structure, size, and required capabilities.Manage marketing budget to support financial objectives.Qualifications:BA/BS required; MBA preferred.Minimum 10 years business experience (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Management), of which at least 8 years demonstrated marketing experience and proven performance is required.Demonstrated experience in critical marketing competencies required.Experience directing and managing advertising agencies is required.Strong people management and development capabilities are required.Demonstrated organizational leadership capabilities required.Pulmonary Hypertension sales or marketing experience preferred.Launch experience preferred.
