Optimize sales processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in a highly regulated environment.
Lead the development and execution of sales training programs to ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Digital Commercial Capabilities: Lead the digital transformation of our commercial operations, focusing on enhancing digital reach and omnichannel strategies.
Implement cutting-edge digital tools and technologies to improve customer engagement and sales effectiveness.
Develop and execute strategies for tracking the performance of digital sales tactics, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

About Your Skills Experience Education: Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven track record in commercial and sales excellence, portfolio management, business development, and digital transformation.
