The Senior Director, Business Operations will provide critical support to our leadership team and play a key role in driving organizational excellence, managing cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organization.
This role will work closely with the Technology Services leadership and other Work Dynamics Technology senior leaders to execute the company's strategic priorities and foster a high-performance culture.

Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for monitoring business performance and providing regular updates to the leadership team.Cross-Functional Project Management :Lead and manage cross-functional projects, initiatives, and strategic partnerships.
Coordinate with other leaders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of projects.
Drive effective communication and collaboration between teams to deliver project milestones.Performance Monitoring and Reporting :Establish regular reporting mechanisms to monitor progress on key initiatives and performance against goals.
