We work with well-known global retailers and major brands such as ASOS, Adidas, Burberry, John Lewis, Boohoo and Zalando.

Europe is a key geography for Auctane and we have high growth ambitions in the next few years.

We are looking for someone with a proven ability to:
spearhead business growth through exploring and closing new partners opportunities, growing our footprint and market share through key partnerships.To achieve that goal, we are looking for a seasoned Senior Director in business development, with a strong business mind and a knack for organisation and collaboration, reporting directly to the SVP operations EMEA.

What would I be doing? Developing and implementing business development strategies and activities, inline with the Group's overall strategy.Keeping abreast of market trends, industry events, competitors and potential partners' needs and organisations in order to pursue growth opportunities.Travelling frequently, maintaining rapport with potential and partners, and networks extensively outside of the office to develop business relationships.Negotiating ambitious growth partnerships with key partners (ecommerce platforms, marketplaces, etc).Responsible for new business development results.Team management (3).What key skills and experience do I need? Strong business acumen that enables him/her to seek out new growth opportunities.Proven experience in ecommerce / B2B business development.Strong decision-making capabilities (prioritisation) and influencing skills to align functions.Above-average communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.Proven ability to develop and maintain financial plans.You thrive in a complex environment where you will need to coordinate multiple stakeholders and set clear priorities.Analytical mindset to evaluate business impact and understand required effort of initiatives in coordination with relevant stakeholders.Results orientation.Ability to analyse a business situation, to spot underlying industry trends, business levers, and define structured lines of action and initiatives.What are the perks? You can decide if you want to work in the office 2 days a week or 3 days per quarter—it's up to you.
