Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Business Partnering and Strategic Change Lead to drive financial excellence across our EMEA operations. This role will have 2 distinct facets;
Drive operational performance and work closely with the EMEA CFO on operational improvement projects. These may be reporting based on Org redesign/transformation. Embed the results of this operational transformation within a monthly/weekly reporting cycle to ensure progress & accountability are maintained and monitored. This aspect in particular requires a strong focus on leveraging automation to ensure structures that are built are scalable and repeatable.
The role will be flexible but it is expected initially it will be c70:30 between Operational transformation: reporting.
Key Responsibilities:Operational Transformation: Spearheading an improvement in operational performance across the business and continually and actively seeking for ways to do things better. Work closely with Ops teams to ensure change programmes are delivered and cost savings realised.Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through automation & usage of offshoring (esp JBS). Help drive through to delivery on these opportunities.Ensure structures are then in place to mean changes remain embedded and performance gains are not lost.Financial Reporting Standardization and Automation: Develop, shape and implement standardized financial reporting packs and metrics across the newly joined Tetris and PDS businesses.Design and deliver training programs for business leaders on new standardized metrics and KPIs.Coach executives on interpreting and utilizing financial data for strategic decision-making.Further embed a data driven culture across the business. Design and deploy interactive dashboards for real-time financial insights.Business Integration: Lead the integration of financial processes and systems between the two business areas.Identify and leverage synergies to improve overall financial performance.Budget and Forecast Process Enhancement: Sense check and guide rolling forecast methodologies to increase agility in financial planning.Collaborate with business units to ensure alignment of financial plans with strategic objectives and also push the business to continue to improve financial results.Financial Analysis and Forecasting: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Provide insightful commentary on financial results and variances.Qualifications: Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of EMEA financial regulations and reporting standards.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.Proven track record in driving change and process improvement. A hunger to challenge the status quo.Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel skills, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Experience with ERP systems and implementing automation solutions in finance.Expertise in budget and forecast methodologies and best practices.This challenging role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our EMEA operations, driving financial excellence and operational transformation through innovative automation strategies and enhanced financial planning processes.
