.At Plenitude we are looking for a Senior Digital Product Owner for our Plenitude Iberia offices in Madrid . You will be supporting the Digital & Communication department reporting directly to the Digital & Communication Manager. The selected person will be mainly in charge of designing, developing and growing innovative digital products. As part of the Digital & Communication department, you will be responsible for: Acting as a partner to business decision makers to translate requirements into project milestones and deliver high-level solutions that secure business objectives. Proficient in agile methodology to manage cross-functional projects that can contribute to and enhance the strategy through practical and concrete operational capability. Responsible for the backlog by setting up agile ceremonies, internal events, configuring reports with a proactive attitude and problem solving skills in the coordination process. Leading the development of the digital product with specific training in digital sales performance within a team of experts (Business Owner, Solution Architect, Design Lead, external agencies). Understanding, anticipating and managing customer expectations, competition and new trends. Understanding technology architectures, especially front-end stacks in terms of operational excellence and innovation. Knowledge of web analytics and UX analysis technologies/solutions. This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements: Degree in economics, engineering, marketing, design and/or similar. Knowledge in media approaches. Advanced knowledge in Google Analytics, multivariate testing tools, UX analysis, and the most common CX platforms (Adobe EM, Oracle Infinity, Webflow, etc.). Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) framework. Familiar with cloud production / DevOps environments. Familiar with acquisition/conversion funnels across digital marketing channels (SEA, affiliate, display, paid social). Certified in agile methodology (PSPO, CSPO, PMI-ACP, APMG...). Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing CRO strategies for e-commerce/retail performance. Extensive knowledge of web and mobile design, as well as usability principles and techniques. Languages: fluency in English and Spanish, Italian desirable. Experience in multinational environments
