Our Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading successful Paid Search campaign management through media buying sophistication and operational excellence. This role will play a key role in continuing to build our search program with campaign strategy, development, execution, and optimization being among your main responsibilities.Your MissionDevelop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies with a focus on Paid Search and Video.Research and propose paid search campaigns, including designing and development of strategy, identification of proper landing pages, audiences, tracking and campaign analysis and insights to drive continuous improvement.Track campaigns performance and optimize with respect to pacing, bid management, audience analysis, landing page and ad copy testing, keyword performance, etc.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.Work with the global campaigns team to develop testing roadmaps, including recommending best practices and conversion-oriented copy based on industry standards.Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to make informed decisions and communicate performance and recommendations to key stakeholders.Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in digital marketing efforts.You AreYou are passionate about digital marketing, know the particularities of each platform, and how to communicate performance through storytelling.You are a team player who can manage shifting priorities and multiple deadlines while adhering to the process.Knowledge of production management platforms and digital marketing tools, i.E., Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Adobe Search Cloud, Google Data studio, Adobe Analytics, etc.Analytical and possess the ability to evaluate data and interpret results.A detail-oriented approach and a desire to achieve objectives accurately.Solid quantitative and research skills, and proven data interpretation capability.Ability to learn new systems and workflows.Fluent in German and English (additional languages would be an advantage).Your Experience IncludesBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a equivalent working experience
