Our Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading successful Paid Social campaign management through media buying sophistication and operational excellence. This role will play a key role in continuing to build our social program with campaign and audience strategy, development, execution, and optimization being among your main responsibilities.Please note: Location for this role is Madrid, Spain and relocation may be provided. This is not a 100% remote position.Your Mission:Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies with a focus on Paid Social and Video.Research and propose paid search campaigns, including designing and developing strategy, identifying proper landing pages, audiences, tracking, and campaign analysis and insights to drive continuous improvement.Track campaign performance and optimize with respect to pacing, bidding management, audience analysis, landing page and ad copy testing, ad creative performance, etc.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.Work with the global campaigns team to develop testing roadmaps, including recommending best practices and conversion-oriented copy based on industry standards.Analyze data and performance metrics to make informed decisions and communicate performance and recommendations to key stakeholders.Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in digital marketing efforts.About You:You are passionate about digital marketing, know the particularities of each platform, and how to communicate performance through storytelling.You are a team player who can manage shifting priorities and multiple deadlines while adhering to the process.Knowledge of production management platforms and digital marketing tools, i.E., LinkedIn Ads Manager, Facebook Campaign Ads, X Advertising (Formerly Twitter), YouTube, Google Data Studio, Adobe Analytics, etc.Analytical and possess the ability to evaluate data and interpret results
