DocPlanner Italy, leading company for healthcare digital services, is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Lead Generation local team and play a pivotal role in creating processes that are as automated as possible in order to generate qualified leads.
You will work closely with the sales department to capture valuable insights to create effective strategies and achieve more sales.
Job Description Responsibilities: Lead and execute strategic marketing projects in the B2B segment (doctors) across different channels with the goal of audience building, development, and conversion.
Design, execute, and optimize an amazing inbound strategy for our B2B segment, exploiting our own database to generate marketing qualified leads in all stages of the lifecycle.
Monitor and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from your campaigns to bring in new leads and convert them into customers.
Execute and monitor Email Marketing campaigns, design and implement automation flows to deliver a great experience to potential customers while generating quality leads for our sales force and making accurate optimization decisions.
Coordinate and execute one-shot nurturing campaigns.
Support and implement a content marketing strategy focused on attracting, engaging, and educating our future and current customers in all stages of their journey.
Own the results of your campaigns while working in cooperation with our performance, content, events, and sales teams.
Collaborate with the Global team to deliver projects on time and across countries.
Qualifications Requirements: 3+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing with extraordinary achievements.
Ability to execute an inbound marketing strategy focused on growth.
Experience in designing and implementing high-quality marketing campaigns at a very high pace.
Project management skills with different stakeholders (content, sales, social media manager, etc.).
Experience executing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads.
High level of proactivity and ownership.
Ability to execute a marketing strategy (plan channels, investment, and execution).
High level of English proficiency to communicate in an international environment.
Proven experience in B2B.
Agency experience is an advantage.
Capability to meet deadlines and work with KPIs.
Cross-cultural communication skills and adaptive thinking.
At least 2 years of experience in Inbound Marketing or Lead Generation departments.
