Join our international web operations team and lead the CRO program to improve the customer journey on our B2B website.
Your role involves analysing and generating new insights from various data sources to understand how users behave online.
You will develop well-founded hypotheses to improve the website and landing pages through web analytics, UX, user research, competitive analysis, and consumer psychology.
You determine the impact of improvements using A/B and multivariate tests for which you will get web development support.
Finally, through reports and presentations, you ensure that colleagues and stakeholders learn as much as possible from your insights.
Here's a little taste of your challenge:Analyse website traffic and user behavior;Identify areas of opportunities and friction through quantitative and qualitative research;Formulate and present hypotheses that you support with insights from data analysis, best practices, and scientific knowledge;Apply A/B and multivariate experiments with Adobe Target to prove your hypothesis;Reporting and presenting insights from experiments to your team and the marketing organization;Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations;Providing analytics support to your team and other stakeholders to make the best data-driven decisions on website improvements;Set-up testing and improvement proposals.Who are you?There is no set route to become a Senior Digital Marketer (CRO Specialist) at Bridgestone Mobility Solutions. But to be successful in this role, this is the kind of profile we have in mind:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a web analytics/site optimization position;Experience in hypothesis generation through quantitative and qualitative research;Experience in analysing A/B test results and reporting insights and outcome;Experience with A/B testing software such as Adobe Target, Google Optimize, Optimizely, etc.;Experience with web analytics tools such as PiwikPRO, Google Analytics (UA and/or GA4), Matomo, etc.;Experience with online research tools such as Hotjar, Clarity, Brainsight, Lyssna (Usability Hub), Maze, etc.;Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Airtable;Experience with UX design tools such as Figma;Frontend development experience with HTML, CSS and Javascript is a big plus;Experienced and confident to visualize data and present findings verbally to key stakeholders;Excellent English communication skills;Result oriented, takes initiative, positive attitude;Driven, ambitious and enjoy dynamic fast working pace;Self-starter, entrepreneurial thinking, and a team player.What can you expect?You will never get bored!
