We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Infrastructure: CI/CD team. Our stack includes AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, ArgoCD, Argo Workflows, Argo Events, GitHub Actions, Kustomize, Helm, Packer, Kafka, and Clickhouse.

Responsibilities
Cloud-Native CI/CD Development: Participate in building a modern, cloud-native, scalable, flexible, and extensible CI/CD solution for the entire Workato application ecosystem.
Automation Improvements: Identify and drive opportunities to enhance automation for code integration, quality testing, security scanning, and deployment.
CI/CD Solution Maintenance: Maintain and enhance the current CI/CD solution for Workato applications.
Pipeline Implementation: Implement pipelines to automate security, reliability, and availability best practices at all stages of the software lifecycle.
Complex Deployment Scenarios: Implement complex deployment scenarios, including dynamic environments and progressive rollouts.
Load Testing Infrastructure: Create and manage infrastructure for automating load test scenarios.
Engineering Collaboration: Work with engineering teams to address needs and improve services through rigorous testing and release processes.
On-boarding to CI/CD Platform: On-board Workato components and applications to the CI/CD platform.
Metrics Analysis: Gather and analyze metrics from CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.
System Design and Architecture: Participate in system design consulting and architecture reviews.
Documentation and Best Practices: Document development processes and best practices.
Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies.
Requirements
7+ years professional experience in hands-on engineering roles (DevOps/SRE), BS or MS in the CS field (or equivalent experience).
Kubernetes Expertise: Strong experience managing Kubernetes clusters and workloads.
Programming Skills: Proficiency in Go language is essential; ability to program in other languages is a plus.
CI/CD Tools: Experience creating scalable development and integration pipelines using CI/CD tools.
Kubernetes Deployments: Expertise in deploying Kubernetes-based services using tools like Kustomize and Helm.
Cloud Architectures: Hands-on experience with cloud-based architectures, particularly AWS.
Networking and Web Services: Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and web services architecture.
Infrastructure as Code: Experience managing complex infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools.
Containerization: Hands-on experience with containers, including creating and optimizing Dockerfiles.
Software Packaging and Testing: Familiarity with software packaging tools and functional testing.
Compliance and Security: Operating Kubernetes clusters in compliance-regulated environments.
Security Regulations and Compliance: Experience with cloud and infrastructure security regulations.
Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics
Good communication and collaboration skills in international technological companies.
Readiness to work remotely with teams distributed across the world.
Good Spoken English to participate in product-related discussions.
