The Wise Seeker is the leading HR technology company in unbiased talent evaluation.With over 15 years in the industry analyzing the needs and demands of the job market, we are capable of identifying the best talent for each company thanks to our team of professionals and our SaaS platform integrated with Artificial Intelligence.We are efficient, evaluate talent objectively without bias, and close hiring times in record time, delivering optimal results.In collaboration with a leading investment firm offering Forex and CFD trading, we are looking to recruit a Japanese-speaking Customer Support Agent for their Limassol office.Location: Remote (EMEA)Employment type: Full-timeRemuneration: Service agreementDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Graduated with a College/University degree.Qualifications in economics/finance or any related field is a plus.Excellent command of the English and Japanese languages, both verbal and written (C1).Relevant experience background in the forex industry would be considered an advantage.Flexible to work on a weekly rotating shift 24/7 (morning/afternoon/night).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Computer literate with strong experience using MS Office applications, trading platforms, CRM Systems, Chat, and email systems to monitor performance.Works independently and as part of a team with a willingness to ensure results are achieved.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment.REQUIREMENTS:Assists customers to open trading accounts.Answers e-mails, amends existing accounts, maintains client records, and liaises with appropriate departments.Handles welcome calls/call-back requests.Maintains contact with existing clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.Provides general information regarding platforms and services offered.Handles back-office queries.Supports clients with technical and troubleshooting issues.Deals with customer complaints promptly and effectively.Provides support and troubleshooting on Meta Trader platforms.Liaises with all departments to resolve issues.Suggests ideas and actions to develop the market.Coordinates with the marketing departments regarding planning seminars, expos, and translations of certain campaigns.Forwards any issues or requests to the head of the department and/or the appropriate department.Educates the customer where applicable.Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
