Key Responsibilities Maintain, support, and enhance existing PHP and MySQL applications.Develop new applications using PHP and modern JavaScript frameworks, including React.Provide bespoke feature development and maintenance to support business and client needs.Optimize and enhance existing systems to improve user experience and operational efficiency.Write, test, and document high-quality, maintainable code to ensure long-term scalability and reliability.Provide user documentation and notes as needed for seamless knowledge transfer.Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support to internal and external stakeholders.Candidate Qualifications All Positive, And Driven Applicants Are Encouraged To Apply.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.PHP Development: Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in PHP.Web Development: At least 5 years of experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including frameworks), and jQuery.Modern Frameworks: Proficiency in MVC architecture and modern PHP frameworks (e.g., Yii2 preferred).React Framework: Hands-on experience with React for front-end development.Containerization and CI/CD: Experience with containerized applications and continuous integration workflows..NET Exposure: Familiarity with .NET architecture and frameworks.Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile SDLCs such as Scrum or Kanban.Legacy Systems: Ability to support and update large MVC PHP applications.C# .NET: Experience working with C#.NET, including ORM systems.No-Code Solutions: Familiarity with no-code tools such as AppSmith or similar platforms.Leadership: Experience leading projects or mentoring junior developers.Strong problem-solving abilities and logical thinking.Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality solutions.Compensation Details At MCI, we believe that your hard work deserves recognition and reward.
