Ability to perform smart and physical assistance activity under instruction, at sites.Provide conference room A/V equipment assistance & troubleshooting.Configure and troubleshoot level VOIP phone.Support installation for peripheral and networking hardware, including, but not limited to monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, fax machines, scanners, routers, wireless routers, switches, firewalls, racks, cabinets, multi-port data termination panels all under 'Smart Hands' capability.Install & troubleshoot Operating Systems (Windows / MAC/Linux OS).Have experience with Anti-spyware and Anti-virus software.Possess good knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP working principles.Have good knowledge in configuring mail & troubleshooting of Mobile Device Management systems (Airwatch / Xenmobile / Mobile Iron etc).Understand Data backups and troubleshooting for VDI, SCCM / LanDesk / Altiris.Have good knowledge in configuration & troubleshooting of Apple machines/mobile devices.Skills: You have at least 3 years' experience providing IT Infrastructure field support which includes troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues without impacting or violating the hardware warranty or customer security compliance requirements. You are skilled in desk side support and PC break/fix including basic administration of Windows O/S. Experience with Anti-spyware and Anti-virus software is required. Smart hand support for peripheral and networking hardware is essential. You must have the ability to troubleshoot issues with systems and networks using good deductive reasoning skills.
