Senior Designer

We are looking for an individual with a passion for graphic design to join our team in Madrid:Responsibilities: Oversee design projects, from conception to delivery; conceptualize visuals based on requirements. Understand initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience. Understand client brief and ensure brand consistency throughout all projects and ensure the final graphics layouts are visually appealing and meet client's brief. Schedule projects and define budget constraints. Design original pieces, including illustrations, infographics, and creations for social networks. Refine images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design software. Apply typography techniques. Support on new business presentations (design + creativity). Supervise, motivate, and guide the team, distributing tasks effectively to ensure a positive and productive work environment. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools. Minimum Requirements: 5 / 6 years relevant experience in Graphic Design (Valuable experience in agencies in the sector). Bachelor's Degree and/or postgraduate related to Graphic Design. Use of graphic design tools (Adobe Creative or similar). Command of English and Spanish. Strong client focus and flexibility to work in dynamic environments. Creative, problem-solving, and results-oriented. Other skills that may be valued: Motion Graphics design and animation. HTML programming skills. Wordpress knowledge. UX / UI expertise.
