We are looking for a Senior Demand Planner within our Supply Chain division at our headquarters located in Viladecans, Barcelona.
You will be responsible for building the finished goods forecast to ensure optimal product availability, enabling us to achieve our objectives of excellent customer service, optimal inventory, and good sales accuracy.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE Lead the demand planning process (S&OP) in the medium and long term to achieve a high level of demand accuracy for the category portfolio.
Develop strong communication and establish relationships with the sales, trade, marketing, category leaders, and Supply Chain teams to understand and reflect various demand drivers to ensure customer service.
Lead the development of new/improved tools and reports to ensure the demand function meets the business needs.
Responsible for maintaining healthy inventory levels, ensuring service, and minimizing obsolete stock generation.
In case of risk to any of these levers, management and self-leadership are required to mitigate risks of stockouts and obsolescence.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Experiences & Qualifications Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a similar technical career.
Advanced Excel skills.
Advanced English proficiency.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, preferably in FMCG companies.
Knowledge of SAP/APO.
Knowledge of Kinaxis and PowerBI will be valued.
Completion of the first two modules of APICS (SC) will be valued.
