Your comms style, both spoken and written, is clear and concise.
You improve how your team writes up tickets and projects.
Your reporting is timely, accurate, clear, and data-driven.
You ably facilitate and manage discussions.You have 3 years' experience working with team(s)/project(s) and have a well-understood approach to planning and forecasting at both ticket and project level (including capacity planning, timelines, and dependency management).You have 3 years' experience as a good listener with strong mediation and relationship-mending skills who can identify issues in the team dynamics and skill-sets and can rectify them.You have experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.It would be great if you also had .
