What You Will Do:
Develop, maintain, and communicate the multi-quarter data product roadmap across a broad set of internal customers.
Coach and mentor a team of 3+ individual contributors from technical teams (analysts, data scientists, data engineers) to deliver against the roadmap.
Set up, review and innovate effective team ceremonies, adhering to the highest standards in product development while seeking to deliver value early and often.
Move data products along the lifecycle, from design, set up and implementation of proof of concept (POCs) to innovate and determine if/when to scale beyond.
Act as champion for the product team and proactively intervene on matters that build roadblocks to success.
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology and previous experience in analytics and/or technical/digital roles, ideally in customer analytics-related topics.
Consistent track record in product management with a background in translating strategic visions into a clear roadmap with quantifiable delivered impact.
Proficiency in "Minimum lovable product" (MLP) thinking to test new personalized data products on a small scale before investing resources over extended periods of time.
Coaching and mentoring skills including experience in identifying key results for the team members' success and planning for near-term and long-term team growth.
Nice to Have:
Experience with graphic design or service industries a plus.
Coding skills in SQL, Python a plus.
