Your Day-to-day responsibilities: Managing the Tech Stack: Overseeing CRM systems and marketing technologies, ensuring they align with business goals and drive efficiency. Ensuring Data Quality: Maintaining accurate CRM data through continuous cleaning, deduplication, and updates. Personalizing Segmenting: Implementing advanced audience segmentation and personalized campaigns using SQL and data analysis. Analyzing Data: Generating reports on marketing metrics and providing actionable insights for improvement. Driving Continuous Improvement: Recommending and implementing innovative solutions in CRM and marketing technologies. Collaborating Across Teams: Sharing expertise with marketing, sales, and IT teams to enhance lead nurturing and targeting strategies. Preferred Background: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 3–5 years in CRM data management or marketing technology roles. CRM Automation Tools: Demonstrated experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation systems. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in SQL for creating personalized segments and queries familiarity with data analysis tools such as Power BI and Google Analytics.
