Your mission will be to create PayFit's data governance framework for the appropriate use, handling, and storage of data!
Your role: Creating a data governance framework company-wide and enforcing policies for effective data management.Animating a data governance network at PayFit and providing progress on the data governance roadmap.
Working with leadership to identify data owners/stewards.Driving change within the organization: promote the development and implementation of data quality standards, data protection standards, and data governance adoption requirements across the enterprise.Guaranteeing adherence to legal (GDPR) and security regulations.Increasing the quality and digestibility of the data by documenting data pipelines and promoting the use of dedicated tools for data source documentation (catalog, etc.
).Creating standardized and established processes for data sharing with clients.Monitoring and evaluating information and data systems to ensure data privacy and security.Being involved and/or owning topics related to requests for extraction of data from customers (GDPR requests).This job is tailored for you if: You have at least 4 years of experience as a (master) data manager.You show proactivity and capacity to anticipate issues and questions.You have deep knowledge of data management and governance processes.You have an excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution, etc.
