You will lead the strategy for data integration, data governance, and cloud infrastructure across R&D and Commercial Excellence datasets, ensuring that the architecture aligns with industry standards and supports the team's analytical objectives. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, business analysts, data engineers, and data scientists to create a unified, efficient data ecosystem that drives business value.You must have at least 7+ years of experience in implementing IT solutions, with ideally 3+ years in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. Your main task will be to translate our pharma clients' business needs into user stories and technology and to participate in implementation projects for high profile clients – from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate has successfully delivered tech-complex projects.The position is within the Data and Analytics practice area at BASE, which combines highly specialized business knowledge of the pharma commercial domain with in-depth technology expertise to maximize the value creation from the digital platform of our clients.As a minimum, we expect you to have 7+ years of experience as a Senior Data Architect within life science, specifically to fulfil the following responsibilities:Build Data Architecture frameworks for a specific tech/data product (reference, meta and/or master data, data management procedures...).Design and manage systems that integrate data from various sources including clinical, commercial, R&D, and financial systems, ensuring high performance and data integrity (Mulesoft, Alteryx, Rest APIs,..)
